         These capabilities include:
         • NetFlow Traffic Analyzer which provides close monitoring of network traffic utilizing the input
            from Cisco NetFlow, Juniper J-Flow, Nortel IPFIX and sFlow. 
         • Application Performance Monitor uses out of the box or customized templates to monitor the
            health of applications and issue alerts based on customer-defined thresholds.
         • Network Configuration Manager allows customers to manage devices, archive network device
            configurations, upload configurations to devices, compare current configurations with prior
            configurations and compare configurations between devices.  Network Configuration Manager
            also enables customers to monitor network usage compliance with a wide variety of
            governmental regulations.
         • IPSLA Manager provides broad IP SLA operations support for Cisco devices for customer
            defined voice paths, WAN Quality, DNS, FTP, DHCP, HTTP and others.
