       the customer a single 800# to call for any questions
       regarding the appliance itself, the operating system,
       database questions, VMware and SolarWinds software
       questions. Training is also available either on-site or in a
       traditional classroom setting.

         • Scalability- When scale dictates, a two-server
       configuration is used where one server houses
       the database and the other will house the
       application and additional pollers via a VMware
       platform. This save the customer significantly
       on hardware and OS license costs.
